Hayat Brown, LLC is an engineering firm providing program management, project management, construction management, budgeting, planning, design, and related consulting services to government agencies and private companies involved in transportation and water and sewer infrastructure projects, particularly in urban areas. Hayat Kelil-Brown, the firm’s founder and CEO, has more than 19 years of transportation infrastructure design and construction management experience as both an engineering consultant and as a project engineer with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). Since its founding in 2012, Hayat Brown, LLC has worked with teams from a variety of consulting firms to consistently complete complex DDOT projects in urban areas around DC and along major commuter routes that directly impact access to retail and commercial activity. In the last three years, Hayat Brown, LLC has been involved in over fifteen projects within the Washington, DC metro area.
